How Booking Works
📋 Booking Process
Browse our services, add items to your cart, and submit a booking inquiry with your event date, address, and rental preferences. We'll review your request and send a confirmation with final pricing and availability — usually within a few hours.
💳 Deposit Requirements
A deposit is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due before or on the day of your event. We accept cash, Venmo, Zelle, and Cash App for your convenience.
🚚 Delivery & Setup
Our team delivers and sets up all equipment at your event location. We arrive within your chosen setup window — well before your guests — so everything is ready to go. After the event, we return to break down and collect all equipment. You don't lift a thing.
☀️ Weather Policy
Light rain is generally manageable, but safety always comes first. In the event of lightning, high winds, or severe weather, inflatables must be deflated and secured. We'll work with you to reschedule if weather prevents a safe setup on your event day.
🔒 Inflatable Safety
All inflatables are cleaned and inspected between every rental. Bounce houses and water slides are designed for children up to age 12, with a recommended capacity of 6 children at a time. Adult supervision is always required. Never exceed the posted weight limit.
